Chiropractor Richard Tokar D.C.

Dr. Tokar was born and raised in Beaufort SC and has first-hand experience with chiropractic care. Chiropractic changed his perspective on life and health, as well as the immense physical benefits he experienced. He is a 2019 alumnus of Southern Wesleyan University majoring in Exercise Science. While completing his undergraduate degree, Dr. Tokar was also a baseball athlete for Southern Wesleyan where he furthered his work ethic, his commitment to helping others and his desire to get into the field of Chiropractic.

Dr. Tokar graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic in December 2022. During his time in school, he devoted countless hours to studying the Gonstead Technique. Dr. Tokar is married to Megan Tokar and together they have two children, RaeAnn and James Tokar. Following the birth of his children and his desire to live a healthier lifestyle for his kids, Dr. Tokar found his passion to help other parents pursue an expression of life through chiropractic care.
